Registering takes a few minutes and gives you your ID cards, plan documents and billing information whenever you need them, whether your plan uses the Aetna, Cigna or First Health network.

Before you start

Paid your first premium yet? Your plan documents show up in the portal once your first payment is received. If you paid when you applied, you can register and see them now. If you scheduled your first payment for a later date, you can still register, but the documents appear after that payment goes through.
Look for your welcome email. It comes from memberservices@ngic.com with the subject "Welcome to Allstate Health Solutions." The log-in link in that email only works the first time, so save myallstatehealthsolutions.com to your favorites for next time. No email? You don't need it. You can register straight from the website.

The five steps

  1. Go to the member portal

Open myallstatehealthsolutions.com. Under "Don't have an account yet?" select register here.

  2. Create your login

Enter your email address, choose a password, and type the password again to confirm it. Then select Register.

Your password needs at least 8 characters and at least two of these: an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, a symbol.

  3. Match your account to your plan

You'll go to a one-time registration page. Enter your date of birth, ZIP code and first name, exactly as they are on your application. This is how Allstate finds your policy.

  4. Set up your account security

Follow the prompts to add the extra security step. It protects your health information. When you finish, you'll be asked to sign in again. That's normal.

  5. Sign in and check your plan

Sign in with your email and password. Make sure your plan is listed and your documents are there. If something is missing, see If something doesn't work below.

Which network is my plan on?

The network is printed on your ID card, and you can also find it in your plan documents in the portal. Always search for doctors in your network. A doctor who takes one network may not take the others.

Short Term Medical: Aetna or Cigna

Short Term Medical plans use the Aetna Open Choice PPO network. In some states, including Florida, you could choose the Cigna PPO network instead when you applied. Check your ID card to see which one you have.

Fixed-benefit medical: First Health

Fixed-benefit medical plans use the First Health network. You can search it at firsthealthlbp.com.

Find a doctor

You'll also find quick links to your network's doctor search inside the member portal after you sign in.
