Setting up your Ambetter member account

Your Ambetter account is where you pay your premium, pull up your ID card, choose your primary care doctor and track your My Health Pays® rewards. Setting it up takes about ten minutes.

Go to my.ambetterhealth.com →

Before you start

Paid your first premium yet? Your coverage starts only after Ambetter receives your first payment. You don't need an account to pay it: use Ambetter's Pay as Guest page with your policy number (or Social Security number), date of birth and ZIP code.
You'll see the name EntryKeyID. That's the secure sign-in service Ambetter uses (it's run by Ambetter's parent company, Centene). Seeing it means you're in the right place.

The six steps

  1. Start with your email

Open my.ambetterhealth.com. On the Login or Create Account screen, enter your email address and select Continue.

  2. Set up your login

Enter your first and last name, choose your language, and create a password. Then select Create Account.

  3. Confirm your email

Ambetter emails you to confirm it's you. Open the email and follow the instructions in it, either the activation link or the code it contains. Codes expire after 5 minutes, so do this right away. Nothing there? Check your spam or junk folder.

  4. Sign in

Back on the sign-in screen, enter the password you just created.

  5. Link your account to your plan

Enter your member ID exactly as it's printed on your card, or the last 4 digits of your Social Security number, and follow the prompts. This is how Ambetter finds your policy.

  6. You're in

Your account opens. From here you can pay your premium, see your ID card, choose your doctor and check your rewards.

Setting up on your phone instead?
  1. Search for Ambetter Health in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android), then download and open the app.
  2. Choose to create a new account, and follow the same steps as above: email, name and password, email confirmation, then your member ID.

Already set up on the website? Sign in to the app with the same email and password. You don't need a second account.

Ambetter can't find your planType your member ID exactly as it's printed, or try the last 4 digits of your Social Security number instead. If you enrolled in the last few days, your plan may not have reached Ambetter yet. Try again in a day or two, or call Member Services.
You already have an accountSign in at my.ambetterhealth.com with the email you registered with. Don't create a second account.
Forgot your passwordEnter your email on the sign-in screen, then choose the forgot password option and follow the steps.
You moved, or your income or household changedThose changes go through the Marketplace where you enrolled, not through Ambetter. Call me and I'll update it for you. If you moved, your new address needs to be in Ambetter's service area to keep your plan.
