Setting up your CareSource MyLife account

CareSource MyLife is CareSource's member website and app. It's where you pay your premium, see your digital ID card, check your claims and earn rewards for healthy activities. Setting it up takes about ten minutes.

Go to MyLife.CareSource.com →
Used My CareSource before? CareSource MyLife replaced My CareSource. Sign in with the same email and password you used there, then add your health plan the first time you sign in (steps 4 and 5 below).

Before you start

Paid your first premium yet? Your benefits start only after CareSource receives your first premium in full. You don't need an account to pay it: use CareSource Express Payment with your name, member ID and date of birth. Online payments take 3 to 5 business days to post.

The six steps

  1. Open CareSource MyLife

Go to MyLife.CareSource.com and select Create account.

  2. Enter your email and name

Type your email address and your legal first and last name. Then select Create account.

  3. Confirm your email and set your password

Follow the prompts to confirm your email address and create your password. If CareSource emails you a link or code, open it to continue. Nothing there after a few minutes? Check your junk or spam folder.

  4. Connect your plan

When you're asked whose plan you're connecting, choose Yes, I'm connecting my own plan and select Continue.

  5. Enter your plan details

Enter your legal first name, legal last name, date of birth and member ID, exactly as they appear on your ID card. Select Continue.

  6. You're all set

Your MyLife homepage opens, with your balance, your digital ID card and your plan.

Setting up on your phone, or for a family member?

On your phone

  1. Search for CareSource MyLife in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android), then download and open the app.
  2. Choose Create account and follow the same steps as above.

Already set up on the website? Sign in to the app with the same email and password.

For a child or family member

Once your own plan is connected, choose Connect another plan, then enter their legal name, date of birth and member ID. You can do this if you're their parent, legal guardian or custodian, or have power of attorney.
