Setting up your Community Health Choice account

My Member Account is Community Health Choice's member website. It's where you pay your premium, set up autopay, choose your primary care provider and print a temporary ID card. Setting it up takes about five minutes.

Create your account →
Pay your first premium first. Your coverage becomes official when Community Health Choice receives your first payment, and you don't need an account to make it. Use the Quick Pay link for your plan: Ultra Select plans or Premier and Select plans. Your plan name is on your welcome letter and ID card.
Wait about a week after that payment. Community Health Choice asks new members to create their account five to seven business days after the first payment is processed. If you register too early, it may not find your plan yet.

Before you start

The five steps

  1. Open the sign-up page

Go to Community Health Choice's Register page. You can switch the page to Spanish at the top.

  2. Tell it who you are

Choose Member – I get my own health insurance from Community Health Choice. Then choose No – I have not registered before, and select Next.

Signing up for your child? Choose Guardian instead.

  3. Find your plan

Enter the details it asks for to match you to your plan, using your member ID exactly as it's printed on your welcome letter or ID card.

  4. Create your username and password

Pick a username and a password, and write them down somewhere safe. If Community Health Choice emails you to confirm your address, open that email and follow it.

  5. Log in

Go to the login page and sign in with your username and password.

Setting up on your phone instead?

My Member Account works in your phone's web browser. Open the same Register page on your phone and follow the same steps. After that, sign in on any device with the same username and password.
