Setting up your My Molina account

My Molina is Molina's member website and app. It's where you pay your premium, set up autopay, choose your primary care provider and get a new ID card when you need one. Setting it up takes about five minutes.

Go to MyMolina.com →
Pay your first premium first. Your first payment is what activates your coverage, and you don't need an account to make it: use Molina's one-time payment page. Your welcome kit and ID card arrive within about 10 days after that payment. Molina recommends registering for My Molina once your welcome kit arrives, because your plan needs to be active first.

Before you start

The five steps

  1. Open My Molina

Go to MyMolina.com and select Create an Account.

  2. Find your plan

Enter your member ID, date of birth and ZIP code. Type your member ID exactly as it's printed on your ID card.

  3. Create your username and password

Pick a username and a password, and write them down somewhere safe.

  4. Verify your email

Open the email from Molina and follow it to verify your address. Nothing there after a few minutes? Check your spam or junk folder.

  5. Log in

You're ready to log in to My Molina. Your home page shows your plan, your payments and your doctor.

Setting up on your phone instead?
  1. Search for My Molina in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android), then download and open the app.
  2. Create your account with the same steps as above, or sign in if you've already registered on the website.

The app shows everything the website does, and uses the same password. You can make a payment, change your doctor and request a new ID card from your phone.

Molina can't find your planCheck that your member ID, date of birth and ZIP code match your ID card. If your welcome kit hasn't arrived yet, your plan may not be active. Make sure your first premium is paid, then try again after the kit arrives.
The verification email never cameCheck your spam or junk folder, and make sure you typed your email address correctly.
You already have an accountLog in at MyMolina.com with your username. Don't create a second account.
Forgot your username or passwordUse the forgot username or password link on the My Molina sign-in page, or call My Molina support below.
You moved, or your income or household changedThose changes go through the Marketplace where you enrolled, not through Molina. Call me and I'll update it for you. If you moved, your new address needs to be in Molina's service area to keep your plan.
